BRANE is our AI appliance for enterprises: it runs on-site at the customer and controls, for every AI request, which data stays local and what may go to the cloud. First customers, pilot projects and partners already exist. Now sales needs a dedicated owner: you take it over from the founders and turn it into a repeatable process.

Your area:

  • All of enterprise sales in Germany and Europe
  • The existing sales team plus partner and reseller relationships
  • Pilot projects that convert into rollouts
  • Forecast and reporting to the leadership team

Your tasks

  • Lead enterprise deals in regulated industries, from discovery to signature
  • Structure the path from pilot to rollout and make it measurable
  • Grow the partner and reseller network
  • Lead and develop the sales team

What you bring

  • A track record selling infrastructure, security or compliance products to mid-size and enterprise customers
  • You know the decision paths between IT, data protection and management
  • You have built a sales function before, not just managed one
  • Native-level German, confident English
