AI-Z is a Stuttgart-based company for AI security and digital sovereignty, an NVIDIA Connect Partner and the developer of BRANE AIF. We bring AI safely into law firms, clinics, the German Mittelstand and the public sector. For our trainings we are building a network of qualified coaches — and that is where you come in.

You run AI trainings at our customers independently and show employees how to use AI sensibly and safely in their daily work. We get you ready first: in a compact qualification you learn how to train confidently, structure content didactically and explain AI in an understandable way.

How the qualification works:

You receive video and self-study material up front
Two on-site days with us in Stuttgart focused on didactics and presence
We cover travel costs and one night's accommodation for the on-site days
Afterwards you take on your first own trainings, flexibly and Germany-wide

Your tasks

Run AI trainings at our customers independently
Show employees how to use AI sensibly and safely in their daily work
Structure content didactically and convey it clearly
Decide yourself how many trainings you take on — Germany-wide and flexible

The setup: freelance cooperation on a fee basis, billed per training. Possible Germany-wide; the qualification days take place in Stuttgart.

What you bring

You enjoy standing in front of people and passing on knowledge
Solid basic AI knowledge and genuine interest in the topic
Confident, likeable presence
Willingness to learn and take ownership
Very good German
First experience in a company, so you can relate to real use cases
