- Cadence & meeting structure: You establish and run the leadership routines (leadership meetings, goal reviews, board preparation) and ensure decisions are made and tracked.
- Board & investor reporting: You prepare board and investor reporting — structured, fact-based, decision-ready.
- KPI & goal tracking: You build and maintain the KPI and goal cockpit across all areas and surface deviations early.
- Prioritization & leadership support: You support the leadership team with prioritization, prepare decisions and free up the CEO for what only they can do.
- Process standardization: You standardize recurring workflows across areas and create structure where things were ad-hoc.
- Recruiting & external communication: You support recruiting processes and the company's external communication.
