Customer Success / Deployment Lead (m/f/d)

Our customers get a BRANE appliance into their data center. You make sure it is set up correctly, that teams use it day to day and that the customer is satisfied. Satisfied customers become references, and you help develop those.

Your area:

  • Onboarding and rollout for every new customer
  • Day-to-day usage: settings fit, teams work with it
  • References and case studies together with customers
  • Coordinating trainings with the services team

Your tasks

  • Build and execute rollout plans with customer IT departments
  • Review setup and usage regularly
  • Capture satisfaction and feedback and pass it to the product team
  • Clarify requests technically before engineering takes over

What you bring

  • Experience with technical onboarding or deployment of B2B software, ideally on-premises
  • Fluent German for working with IT departments, solid English internally
  • Enough technical understanding to read logs and configurations
  • A structured and reliable way of working
