Junior Customer Success Associate (m/f/d)

Once BRANE runs at a customer, the real work begins: onboarding teams, answering questions, collecting feedback. You support our customer success team with this and grow into customer care for a technical product.

Your tasks

  • Support onboarding of new customers
  • Analyze usage and feedback and pass it on internally
  • Coordinate support, maintain status reports and documentation
  • Turn frequent questions into guides and help texts

What you bring

  • First experience in customer contact, e.g. from a working-student job, internship or support
  • A structured and reliable way of working
  • Good basic technical understanding
  • Very good German, solid English
